Pre-Purchase Home Inspection

We understand just how time consuming and difficult it can be to find the right house. When you eventually find that house things suddenly begin to happen rather quickly. You make an offer, perhaps negotiate a final price, and then the seller accepts your offer. Then you are urged to have the house inspected as soon as possible and that's when our services begin.

We will arrange an appointment time that is mutually convenient for you, the seller, and/or a real estate agent.

The inspector will meet you at the house, explain the inspection procedure, and welcome your questions throughout the inspection.

Our inspections give you much more than just peace of mind. You actually get to learn about basic systems of the home, how they work, what condition they are in, and what future maintenance is necessary.

Immediately following the inspection you will receive an oral report regarding our findings and a complete written report, on site, bound in booklet form, ready for you to take with you.

Our services continue after the inspection is completed.

Upon your request, we will fax a copy of your report, in full, to your attorney and discuss any questions that arise.
